3) Is the MX7 Express product a valid one?

Yes. The main product of MX7 Express is a subscription to the the daily 'MILLIONIZER' program. The DAILY video imparts the philosophy that a person's life is directed toward success with empowering actions --- what we refer to as 'winning disciplines' --- which performed EVERY DAY lead to success in all areas of a persons life. A subscription to a regularly updating information resource is universally considered a valid product, just like a subscription to a newspaper or a magazine is a valid product. In addition, the internet community as a whole never questions or outlaws the legality of paid subscriptions to digital products. The daily 'MILLIONIZER' program, and also the MVP2010 and Power Library, are digital products and therefore acceptable as paid subscription products.

4) Are commissions paid on sale of products and not on registration / entry fees?

Commissions are paid on the sale of subscriptions and not on registration or entry fees simply because MX7 Express does not have a registration or entry fee. None. Someone can recruit and sign up 1,000 people into MX7 Express  but if only 100 people out of the 1,000 subscribe to the daily 'MILLIONIZER' program, the compensation will be based on the 100 subscriptions alone.

7) If recruitment were to be stopped today, will the participants still make money?

Yes, because MX7 Express is a monthly or annual subscription to the daily 'MILLIONIZER' program. Even if there are no more new members, commissions will still be earned via recurring subscriptions each month or year.

8) Is there a reasonable product return policy?

Yes. MX7 Express has a 14 day period with which to refund payments. This is what it states in Section 13 of the POLICIES & PROCEDURES of MX7 Express:

MillionaireX7 Express Inc. offers a 14-DAY PARTIAL REFUNDS POLICY to all monthly subscribers. This is firstly because commissions on all subscriptions are credited within twenty four (24) hours of the subscription being received. Secondly, all subscribers to MX7 Express receive the digital product subscribed to for one full month after subscribing. Therefore only a partial refund shall be made, which is the subscription amount less all the commissions that have been paid out on that particular subscription.

9) Does the product have fair market value?

Yes. The daily 'MILLIONIZER' subscription by itself is fairly priced compared to other digital self improvement programs on the internet. There are some self improvement video programs that cost upwards of $40 per month. The MX7 Express digital products cost only half of what others are offering.

10) Is there a compelling reason to buy the MX7 Express product?

Every month or year, subscribers pay for their subscriptions to an MX7 Express product package. Each time your subscribers pay their subscriptions, you earn. And each time your subscribers re-subscribe, you earn again! So you can earn month after month after month (or year after year after year) from the subscriptions of the same people.

There are 2 ways to earn from digital products:

DIRECT REFERRAL BONUS

Earn P100 (from monthly subscribers) or P1,000 (from yearly subscribers) from the subscription payments of persons whom you directly refer to MX7 Express. You can refer as many as you are able. If they pay again their subscriptions the following months or years, you earn from them again and again and again.

MATCHING BONUS

Earn P100 or P1,000 each time there is a subscription payment in your left group matched by a subscription payment in your right groupp. Recurring subscription payments will make you earn from this bonus again and again and again.

An annual subscription on the left can match with an

annual subscription on the right to earn US$20 (P1,000)

Good News! An annual subscription can also match with monthly subscriptions. One annual subscription is equal to 10 monthly subscriptions. Thus, 10 monthly subscriptions in one side can match with 1 annual subscription on the other side to earn P1,000.

The left and right structures do not have to be the same in order to have left and right matches, as seen from the diagram below. As long as there is one left and 1 right there will be a match and the matching bonus will be paid out.
